      <description>&lt;P&gt;There's only one good way to do this,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/202670"&gt;@Phuonghoang1104&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, but it takes some effort.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;change to the $15 plan first of all to take effect on the next renewal (you can do this under self-serve)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;remove auto-pay after the plan charges on the next cycle&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;when the plan suspends, it will go into a suspended state for UP TO 90 days (you can log into self-serve to see how many days are left in the suspended state)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;on day 85, reactivate on the $15 plan, then repeat until you return to Canada&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will be the cheapest way to retain the number while you're away.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, we are PM customers like yourself and do not have access to your account, but as you can see above you cannot cancel/hold an account/number for 4 months, so if you follow the steps above you will be able to keep the number at the lowest possible price (which should be the 15 bucks) if you are only gone for 4 months.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
