      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not receive texts or calls from my US bank (Chase). Yet it seems that I receive other texts fine (eg from Canadian bank) and I can also call US numbers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's up? How to fix that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/94668"&gt;@mokthar&lt;/a&gt;system&amp;nbsp; text from outside of Canada is not guaranteed, it is just best effort service.&amp;nbsp; it is a problem with the sender system, whether they pay extra to make sure the text deliver, a cost issue as well as system implementation.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It is not something PM could fix.&amp;nbsp; Please reach out to Chase directly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it is sporadic or doesn't come through, you may want to see if there is an alternative like a verification call instead of text, or email. That would ger around your 2FA issue with text.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
