Funnily I received a notification too for another login saying there was a data breach. Mine was done via a Google notification. How were you notified of your PM issue? I guess it is a good reminder to say vigilant and change pws every now and then.

Hi there,

I received a notification telling me my password was compromised. I seem to have 2 public mobile log-ins. I think one is for the community? The following username has a compromised password:

Mlambie04

and I don't know how to edit it. When I go to change passwords, it only changes the sign-in password associated with my email. Are there typically two passwords for public mobile?

To rest the password for your community account it is just sent to your email. You appear to have signed in just fine.

Your self serve account has a username that is your self serve email. It also has a password that you chose. When using the forgot password link you need to remember your security question and answer to reset your password. Did you try mire than 5 times to reset your password?

To contact customer support :

Submit a support ticket via Simple--Simon the chat bot Click here

Or if you prefer or cannot submit a support ticket you may send a private message : Click here

To pre-verify add in your private messaging only your full name, address, email, phone # & 4 digit account pin #
