It is a dead zone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I researched on Internet and found a dozen or so fixes, but none of them worked. For example, on the App store, the search button is on the bottom right, but pressing on it does nothing, so I cannot download the apps I want since I cannot find them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The email used for the order, shipping address, your name, the order # ( if possible) and they will probably ask you for info from the payment card used for the order. You can also supply them with the transaction # from your card statement.
