    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/29653"&gt;@swolski&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;unforutnately once your account is suspended (even if it was just today), you are not able to change the plan yourself in self-serve. &amp;nbsp;The only option is to re-activate on your previous plan, which is probably not what you want. &amp;nbsp;However, you can &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;send a private message to the moderator team&lt;/A&gt; explaining the situation and asking them to do it for you. They should be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For future reference, you can also pre-schedule a plan change for your next renewal. &amp;nbsp;If you had done that this time, you would not have experienced any disruption in service. &amp;nbsp;Just so you know for next time. &amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; MY plan expired today and I am trying to switch to a new 30 day plan &amp;nbsp; I have unlimited canda calling, 2 GB at 3 g, and international text &amp;nbsp; Total is $52 - i loaded the 58.60 to my account &amp;nbsp; However now it is saying it cannt be processed at this time &amp;nbsp; Please help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Click this:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;message to moderators&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
