    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I lost my SIM and do not have access to the phone number. In order to activate my number, I need to login to self-serve but I am unable to. I guess I am not using right password and so I am unable to login to the account :(.Tried resetting the password - under email verification, by confirming my email address but it says "Your login failed. Please try again".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help!! I need to get back to my number asap. Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

If so, note that after 90 days in this status, you lose your account, phone number and access to self serve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, if this is your scenario, you will need to activate the SIM card under a new account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, get help to get back into your account with CSA by methods provided by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79275"&gt;@softech&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
