    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not been using my Public Mobile account for the last 89 days, but know that I can reactivate within 90 days. Now that I am trying to reactivate my account, I am unable to login, as it seems my account has been disabled. Can someone help me, because I do not want to lose my plan and would like my previous account/plan to be reactivated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Erica&lt;/P&gt;</description>
