If I change my plan say from $35 plan to the $25 plan, will my add-ons stay in tack.

@PegW Yes, all the add-on will stay in the account. A plan change would not change your current add-on. No worry, go ahead with the plan change

Plan changes have no effect on add-ons.

Yes, add-on never expire until you use them all.

Only US add-ons have limited life of 10 days from the moment of purchase.

The add ons wouldn't be effected at all. However your promotions might, if you had say the permanent 2GB bonus data per month (not to be confused with an add on per se although it sometimes is) and you dropped under 35 you would lose that, but any of the one time data/text/minutes add on purchases are good until used up
