    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My account is linked to an email i no longer use. And i dont remember the email or password. The credit card auto billing info needs to be updated so i really need to login. Does anyone know how i can log in?&amp;nbsp; Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a bunch of emails and just forget the one used because you can just search for Public Mobile and once you find it use the forgot password link as suggested. May be much quicker otherwise CSA is only option&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
