      <title>Error when changing plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account is currently suspended because I let my previous 90 day plan end, without renewing. The self-serve site asks me to make a payment to keep my account active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to change my plan to 30 day, unlimited international text ($20 total). I've topped up my account, and have a $20 balance ready to pay for it. However, when I click the button to change the plan, I get the error: "Sorry! We weren't able to process your request. Please try again later."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9663"&gt;@Shazia_K&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;or someone else from Public Mobile help me change my plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
