Hi,

I would like to know if I could change the circle of my phone renewal. Now it is starting on the 30th of every month, but I would like to have it starting on the 1st day of the month.

This is important for me because I have been confused twice, planning to use the min. balance by the end of the month, but my balance point were gone by then.

PM bills on a 30 day rotational basis so it will vary month to month.

In fact, on months with 31 days, if you have a renewal on the 1st of the month, you'll also have one on the 31st.

Your cycle is every 30 days so you would have to suspend your service for 24 hours at least 5 times a year to keep your renewal on the same day. Just take 5 minutes and note your renewal days in your calendar with a reminder of your day 30. Just be careful as your usage counters reset at midnight eastern on day 30.

Renewal day will vary from month to month due to PM's billing circle of 30 days.

You cannot have it on specific date even though it will be most desirable. I wish PM has fixed renewal day, too.

By the time you read my post, you already know there is no fixed plan cycle end day. PM sends us a renewal day reminder text message 3 days before your renewal day. Please note that PM does not use your local time. If you live in BC, your renewal starts at 9:01PM PT the night before your renewal date (12:01AM CT).

Your timing is a little off....renewal day resets start at exactly 12:00 midnight eastern....9pm pacific on day 30 and 11pm central on day 30.
