Will I lose my current promotion if I change my plan?

What promotion do you have? Or are you referring to rewards?

The answer is maybe yes, maybe no. For instance if you had a 35 plan and got permanent 2GB bonus and dropped down to a 25 plan then yes bc that promo is 35 and above. So it depends on the circumstances, but in most cases no.

If you have the "unlimited" end date on your 2GB bonus recurring monthly plan data under "my promotions" on the right side of your overview page then you can change your rate plan as long as you stay at or above the $35+ plan threshold. All other promos of monthly recurring plan data require you to not change plans or you will lose the bonus data. If it's a different promo please advise us.

As long as you chose higher plan (which was part of promo), promotion should stay.

If you have promo for 35+ plans and you chose higher one, you will be OK. If you chose $25/$15 you will lose it.
