      <description>&lt;P&gt;How long have you been a customer? If relatively recently and/or on the new rewards program, you could just activate a new plan and get it. If you have a lot of rewards built up over the old plan, the 2GB bonus probably isn't worth it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
