      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/234881"&gt;@MommaGib&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Unfortunately PM support is all online and no live support.&amp;nbsp; But this usually is a quick fix, they will probably just need to validate your identity and can apply the bonus data back if they missed it.&amp;nbsp; I see people usually got this resolved very quickly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
