      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please tell me why I cannot receive calls from other cellphones when my data is turned off.&amp;nbsp; I can receive land line calls.&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Are you receiving calls through some online app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*turn off your phone, then reboot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*removing your SIM, then reinserting it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*perform a reset network settings on your device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*try your SIM into another compatible phone to see if the same issue persists&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/234832"&gt;@BugsLady&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;are you sure you are talking about regular phone calls and not those VoIp calls like from Whatsapp, Fackbook Calling, etc?&amp;nbsp; Only those need Mobile Data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you make outgoing calls when your mobile data is off?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At lesat try to change to 3G Only for your network type and check if you can receive incoming calls&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it is just your cell phone line and not 3rd party voip apps you shouldn't have an issue, could be a settings issue even though that seems unlikley as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>
