If not you must activate a SIM card and plan to create his new account.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If you already were given with a new phone number it means that you or him already sing up with a new acocunt. You don't activate again. Is like you already sing up for Facebook ,Instagram, Twitter, etc..&amp;nbsp; You cann;t sing up twice using same info.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
