      <title>phone did not ring</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received to phone calls yesterday around 1pm and the phone did not ring. I did not received the voice message until 9:30 pm. Why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/105661"&gt;@tech5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Are you seeing many missed calls ?&amp;nbsp; If it is a one off, it might not be a big concern.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you like , you can change the Preferred network type to 3G ONLY for a few days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is using 3G for voice, when a call comes, the phone has to change from LTE to 3G and sometimes the change does not happen quick enough.&amp;nbsp; Try this settings and see&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can look up TELUS outages map to see if your area had some network issues, etc&lt;/P&gt;</description>
