      <description>&lt;P&gt;What error message are you getting when trying to login or use lost password?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is your service working? If not when was the last time it was active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have multiple email addresses? Try one of those?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is your account Active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try using different browser?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you tell what error message you are getting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The account might be only temporarily locked for an hour due to too many (5) attempts.&amp;nbsp;You might want to wait an hour and try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
