      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can not sign in. It says that my account was suspended. I already succeeded added a $20 voucher to my accouny. It still no allow me to sign in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should be able to log in into your account even though it is suspended. How else you would add funds and reactivate account? Besides 611.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have problem logging in, try different browser. If it does not work very fist rime, contact agent for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time (&lt;STRONG&gt;preferred method&lt;/STRONG&gt; as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up with CSA). Click &lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Chatbot - Ticket&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt; and type &lt;EM&gt;ticket,&lt;/EM&gt; then click on &lt;EM&gt;Contact Us&lt;/EM&gt;, then click on issue you inquire about.&amp;nbsp;Link for creating ticket will be presented.
