Ad-on not working

I've tried to get another US ad-on, and it won't work. My first one has expired.

I've restarted my phone and adjusted my cellular settings. Can someone help me?

@rachelt, so your first one has expired so it has been 10 days since you purchased it? You have done the two step process to purchase the addon? You shouldn't need to change any settings if you already had the Addon and it was working.

Hey Shawn, yep I had the funds added to be able to purchase it.

I was just able to successfully get a different ad-on but not the one I originally wanted. Text-only worked for me. I don't know why!

@rachelt, do you remember what day you purchased it? What addon did you get?
