How can i get international messages ? Currently im not getting them

As long as you are located in Canada you should be able to text internationally (send/receive) with the current plans.

Try resetting your network settings, clearing the cache of your texting app.

Is everything else working? texts from Canada? sent texts local/international? voice/data etc?

Thank you for the reply , yes im in Canada but still not receiving text messages from abroad , is there any customer care number i can call to do you know . I am receiving local messages no problem . Im using an apple phone how do i clear cache on i message ?

Either that or +1, im not 100%sure. Does that make any difference? I can alle them to use 001 instead of +1

You call or text them first, then they can reply via text

To call or Text india: 011 - 91 - 10 Digit Mobile Number

Or can they call you ? they call you by:

00 + 1 + xxx xxx xxxx

If they can call you, ask them to use the same pattern to text

Another option could be to start communicating with WhatsApp until the issue is solved

I am not sure they , all the sudden this message started to work , i did turn on LTE , turn the cellular data on olso roaming turned on as well even im still home , they said they didnt change anything

SMS requires neither LTE nor a data connection.
