      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only agent can add referral code After you signed with PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open a ticket or send them another note. You might get somebody who knows how to do it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/182855"&gt;@Meow&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;suggests open a new ticket or ask for a new agent. Give the referral code and preferably the phone number thats associated with the referrer's account and code. Always get a second opinion if you dont agree with the first.
