    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried dialing 611 to pay with your on-file credit card ? You will need your pin number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternative is to get payment voucher at retail level then dial 611 to apply them to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also try on-line payment vouchers from recharge.com or ding.com. They do have a small user fee.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
