      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was charged a total of 22.95 three times and 16.95 once. Never got confirmation it went through or anything. Tried using my phone while in the USA on both my trips and it was not working for anything i paid for. I am reading here that others had the same issues. This need to get fixed and i want my&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;money back please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you can post a screenshot we can sort it out. If there was an error, they can either refund you or maybe put whatever is owed in your balance for future renewals or add ons.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Check your transaction history and your available funds as its likely some of your charges only topped up your account balance.
