What is the most economic add-on for calling US for a limited time period i.e one month?

There is only one US calling from Canada add-on: 1000 minutes for $15.

Did you consider voip app like TextNow or Fongo?

@HLO123 why not use VoIP app? TextNow is a good free one. They give you a regular 10 digits number. People call you like a regular number. You can receive calls and make calls on the app as long as you have Wifi

If you don't mind paying a bit more, get local data in US. Cheaper and give you more data. Then you can receive call on TextNow any time (as long as your mobile data is turned on)

Your best economical option for 1 month+ is to purchase a Mint Mobile or Tello Mobile SIM.

It will be cheaper than a PM Roaming option.

Or through wifi VoIP app like WhatsApp or as other have suggested.

You have 500 minutes of International Calling Add-on and you can use those minutes to call US from Canada. Those are add-on minutes so they don't expire until you use them up...even if that takes several months or more...they will keep rolling over until you use them.

If you do run out, you can get another 1000 minutes of US calling add-on (from Canada) for $15.

Bonus never expire. Same as other add-on to call FROM Canada. Exception is US add-on limited to 10 days after they expire use or no use.

Thank you for the tips.

I need to ask for a refund of the $20 (add-on for 1- days in US). It didn't allow me to call, WhatsApp or text.

Very frustrated.
