    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried all three methods:&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) "Verify My Account Credentials" - Neither community account or normal sign in does not work, I have no other public mobile account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) "Verify with my 4-digit Account PIN" - no PIN works here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) "Can't verify" - I enter the account number but there is no check mark next to it. It also does not allow you to enter any letters/characters for "&lt;SPAN&gt;Last Add-On purchased" and hitting submit doesn't do anything.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried going to the private messages link but there is nothing to click on and no messages, so that doesn't work either -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's outrageous how difficult it is to contact support. I had been putting up with the awful internet speeds due to the price, but as soon as I have just 1 small issue, it becomes a huge thing because it's impossible to contact support to get it resolved, it's ridiculous.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What are the other options? There must surely be SOME way to contact support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Worst case you should be able to just click on the envelope in the top right and then on compose message and manually enter CS_Agent&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
