      <description>&lt;P&gt;Where did you buy the voucher ? Some vouchers don't get activated until several hours after they're sold. Wait for 24 hours to see if that works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next time...get the voucher at Shell Gas, Walmart or London Drug (out west).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternative is get on-line voucher from recharge.com or ding.com...but they do have a small user fee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make certain you specify a&lt;U&gt; Public Mobile payment voucher&lt;/U&gt;...not Telus or anyone else.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I suspect there is an issue with pm's payment system accepting vouchers but there has been no acknowledgement of this possibility by &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/186792"&gt;@J_PM&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;. Your only alternative at this point is to have customer support add it for you. &lt;P&gt;It seems the voucher code was locked from our system after 12 attempts. The vouchers should work after a 24 hour hold. Please let us know if you continue to experience problems with entering your purchased voucher.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
