      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time I try to access the My Rewards section, I get a message saying:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Oops&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Looks like something is not right. Please contact your administrator.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;404 - Not Found&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I have tried resetting my password but it still fails. Any idea?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Yannick&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/234441"&gt;@ylefebvre&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try clearing system cache and cookies and access it from an incognito tab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also try from a different browser from a completely different device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ensure you're using the same login credentials as your self-serve login.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/234441"&gt;@ylefebvre&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;try on a different browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox).&amp;nbsp; Sometimes it is just cache issue.&amp;nbsp; It happened on my Chrome before too. I used Edge and it works.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I cleared cache on my Chrome and then working agian.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes if you click a few times it will eventually go through. It was hit and miss early on but seems to be a lot more reliable now as I haven't seen that page/message in quite awhile&lt;/P&gt;</description>
