      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/188826"&gt;@Lgillis&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; did you try to login to My Account and confirm if the account status is Active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If it is Active&lt;/STRONG&gt;, try your SIM on another phone if possible.&amp;nbsp; If you have no other phone, try to reseat the SIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If your account status is Suspended&lt;/STRONG&gt;, it could be an Autopay failure.&amp;nbsp; You will need to make a manual payment then.&amp;nbsp; Go to Payment Tab, One time Payment and use the option "&lt;STRONG&gt;Other (Enter the desired payment amount)&lt;/STRONG&gt;" and then manually enter the plan amount and submit the payment that way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Let us know if you need any&amp;nbsp; help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then power it back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try removing your SIM card then reinserting it, this helps to reset the sim if it shifted slightly and will also reping your network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
