    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello I received&amp;nbsp;an email that my sim would&amp;nbsp; get fully deactivated&amp;nbsp;in a few days, so I tried logging in to my Public&amp;nbsp; mobile account&amp;nbsp;but&amp;nbsp; unfortunately I forgot my password. So, I chose the "forgot password" option but I couldn't&amp;nbsp;remember the answer&amp;nbsp;to my security question. Please what can be done because&amp;nbsp;I really&amp;nbsp;need to pay before my sim get permanently deactivated. Thank you. Regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Buy a voucher and dial in to 611 and enter it in. You can buy vouchers in lots of stores and a couple online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could go to much fewer stores and do instant top-up as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was this an email? Or a text? Would you be willing to provide us an image of it without anything identifiable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
