Ticket creation not working

I cannot submit a ticket because the SUBMIT button won't highlight. Get stuck at Last Add-on. I cannot type in the answer so it won't move on to submit.

Ticketing is very finicky. For some people work, for some don't.

Ticketing is preferred method of reporting issue but if it does not work send direct mail to agent.

I went on another reply & I was able to click on the Here button. Thank you. Hopefully I'll get a resolution.

Great - sending a private message will usually get it resolved in a timely fashion as well. If the chatbot doesn't work for you that will probably be the best option going forward.
