      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/160763"&gt;@Shina&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;If your wife has Koodo Postpaid plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then it is the same as porting from other carrier.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Make sure her Koodo account is still active.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Get a PM SIM (preferably in store for getting it quicker), then activate online at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://activate.publicmobile.ca/" target="_blank"&gt;https://activate.publicmobile.ca/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;, you can request porting there by putting in the Koodo account number.&amp;nbsp; At page 4 , enter the Friend Referral code from you and the promo code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, &lt;STRONG&gt;if your wife as a Koodo Prepaid plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;, you will NOT be requesting porting during activation.&amp;nbsp; Instead , you pick a new number first , serve as a temporary number.&amp;nbsp; Once activation is completed, then she will open a ticket with PM Support and have the support the manually port the Koodo number into PM&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for always assisting. I tried to assist my wife with porting her line from Koodo today but we have received error code 821 and we were advised to submit a ticket. She believes she is on a postpaid plan and as such will not need to choose a new number temporarily please kindly advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you make it through the payment page and then receive the error code? Put the pm SIM card in a working phone and check for any working services? Calls? Text?
