      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do as suggested above...and while you wait, try turning phone &lt;STRONG&gt;off,&lt;/STRONG&gt; then &lt;STRONG&gt;on&lt;/STRONG&gt; again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try turning Airplane mode &lt;STRONG&gt;on&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then&lt;STRONG&gt; off&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know when it gets working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome to Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit...if you have dual sim slots, try it in the other slot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
