Trouble logging into Self Serve

Is anyone else having trouble logging into self-serve? I'm stuck at the login screen and after entering my credentials it keeps timing out, saying " Sorry, your login attempt failed. Please try again."

Hi @dkcheng!

I just tested. I was able to sign in... although its slower than usual.. took around 10 seconds.

Clear cache and try again. Or, it may have been too busy or down momentarily and now back on.

Thanks! I was just finally able to sign in after a few repeated attempts. It's just super slow I guess ...

Glad you were able to get in eventually.

It gets slow when lots of people are signing in at the same time.. usually related to new activations during promo period.
