    <description>&lt;P&gt;Deactivated? Or suspended? If you have the Public sim in a phone and dial 611 what do you get? If deactivated then I would get the credit card company to reverse the charges. If suspended then maybe you want to restart the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you have no business here then just charge it back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could also reach out to a CSA bc if it is an erroneous charge they can proceed with a refund as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>
