You need a readily accessible email address to send inquiries to. I received a referral to Public from my brother and I wanted to ensure he was credited with his dollar off per month and $10 dollar credit. Thx!

You would get the 10 dollar credit and he would get rhe dollar per month. As long as you used his referral code within 3 days you should see the $10 balance in your account and he should see your number under his referrals.

If you put in the referral code during activation then up to 3 days later but usually overnight you should get the $10 credit. Your friend might get a text telling him he got a referral. He can check his rewards area for the list of numbers that he has referred and find yours.

If everything was right.

If not then you would need to click on the chatbot link at the bottom of this page and start in to submitting a ticket.

Your brother should see something like this on his account if referral worked as expected; your phone's last 4 digits.

Depending how long brother was customer it could be $1 or 1 point.
