      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was it always like that or it started occurring recently? 1-3 bars will still make stable calls. But tall buildings around you and who knows what kind of electronic interference might be an issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You cns check for outages as well, but relatively speaking it is usually a reliable network, especially compared to other tier 2 and 3 providers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
