      <description>&lt;P&gt;It says to go to help. I did reboot. Still doesn't work. No data as well. I can get on my account and community through wifi&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Active? Expired? Suspended? Did 611 give you account info? Or we can't find your number? Or sorry we can't help you go to public mobile.ca? Or nothing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have another phone to put your SIM card in? That will tell you if it's a device issue or a SIM card/network issue.
