      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/234165"&gt;@ajaypatel82&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;to "cancel" the account, you need to suspend it first by not paying the renewal.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 90 days after the account is suspended, the account will be closed permanently.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can disable Autopay by using *611 if you know your 4 digits pin.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, then you will have to&amp;nbsp; reset your My Account password.&amp;nbsp; Start with using Forgot Password link and enter the email address&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If unable to reset that way, open a ticket with PM Support to reset the login password&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Out an abundance of caution you may want to get access to your self serve and not only take off autopay but remove your card altogether so you don't have to worry about any issues with inadvertent payment due to an error etc&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
