Blocked UK area code not on the list

Hi. Can anyone tell me why UK area code 905 is blocked? It's not on the list of blocked codes.
I dial 011 44 905 ------ as an example but the message says it's a blocked code. I pay an additional fee for calls to the UK but cannot call my family because of this. Please advise.

@Vrdw Yes your call should complete if you have purchased the UK add-on minutes and it looks like you are dialing correctly by dropping the zero before the area code, which is why normally the call doesn't go through if the number isn't blocked. Have you called other UK numbers without any issues?

I couldn't find a 905 area code. I did find a 1905 one though. Can you dial 011441905...

@Vrdw Is the area code correct and doesn't need the 1 added to it as noted by @dust2dust?
