      <description>&lt;P&gt;It usually takes 2-3 weeks (or longer - covid is excuse) to receive it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can inquire with the agent but I bet you will get the same answer. SIMs are sent by regular mail so I doubt there is a tracking umber.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I second this, whether you pick up or get it shipped it is much quicker. If you go this route you can reach out to a CSA for a refund or have them put the cost of the sim from PM into your available balance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
