Sorry, but there is no phone number. You'll need to open a ticket to contact a customer support agent. That's done through: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Opening a ticket and talking to CSA via that method will get you an invoice/receipt once requested.

It even has a picture of the document they sent so you can see what to expect:

You can login to your account and go to View Payment History and there it will show all payment made to your account with your name, phone number etc. If this works for your employer.

Unfortunately, PM is an online service and everything is done through private messaging or Chat. If you still need a official receipt, you need to contact a CS_Agent from this Community page but it may take sometime for them to email it to you.
