Hello, please my text messages never delivered to recipients but iMessage does

Do you have the SMS and MMS settings turned on in iMessage? Did they ever work here? Or is this a new thing?

Probably your settings. IMessage is only sent over data or wifi. Texts are sent over the Telco Network.

Check your settings under Settings>Messages>Enable Send as SMS and MMS Messaging.
