I am traveling to Europe, actually Ukraine, to volunteer my assistance. I am guessing that my account will not work from Europe, but can I get confirmation? If not, I will have to get a new Sim card from a carrier, maybe in Poland, before I cross the border. Can someone let me know if this is true?

Public Mobile only works while you are in Canada or the US with add ons.

@Norm76036 PM does not have roaming service over there. They only have roaming in US

Try to get local prepaid data plus VoIP app (like TextNow) for voice calls

You can even get the local prepaid data from some mobile shops here. Some of these sim works for multiple European countries there

Your account will expire and close after 90 days from your renewal date if you do not make a payment. As long as you make a payment around the 85th day it should be good.

You can do prepaid sims in Europe, relatively cheap...especially compared with Canada
