    <description>&lt;P&gt;Once you reinitiate the process it should be almost instantaneous, just make sure you are around so you can get that step out of the way bc it is pretty smooth after that&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/233680"&gt;@nadiadaigle96&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; did you try reboot your phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The&amp;nbsp; process is NOT instant after you replied the text.&amp;nbsp; Usually it is take around 15 mins to 2 hours, or it could be longer on a busy day.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Try reboot your phone every 15 mins and see if you can receive incoming calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also contact the porting department and have them to confirm if the process is completed, I will private message you the phone number , check your Community inbox on the top right&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BUT, can you at least make outgoing calls?&amp;nbsp; If you cannot even make a calls, it is not a porting problem but another issue., let us know&lt;/P&gt;</description>
