Hello!

Is there a way to redeem your points for a billing credit with PM? I checked online and it seems like u have to wait to earn 15 pts for a $15 credit? Just wanted to make sure this was the only credit plan available w the points system (hopefully they don't increase the # of points required)

You need 15 points to lower your bill. Here is the catalog for discounts with points:

Everytime you pay your bill, you will get 5% in points.
If you are with 1 year with PM, you will get another 10 points.

BTW, did you redeem a point for the iPhone 13 contest?

Yes, you have to collect at least 15 points i order to convert them to $ and then apply towards your bill as credit.

Similar as with some cash-back credit cards where you have to 'earn' certain amount of cash back in order to apply it as credit.

As Public Points is a relatively new system (just a few months old...), I doubt they will amend the points required to convert to dollars anytime soon.

However, there's nothing saying that may not occur at some time down the road so keep an eye on the Announcement section under the Public Mobile Community pull-down tab above (perhaps once monthly) to keep on top of current stuff related to services here.

Public Mobile will usually give some advance notice of these kinds of changes for customers to make decisions beforehand.

It would be nice if they had a 5 and 10 option too but I don't see that happening. I am confident they won't make it more than 15 or many pissed off ppl with the new program will be even more so

HI @JL9 it's nice to have 5 or 10 , but I am pretty sure they won't. Purpose of this is for PM to save some money, not everyone will collect enough to redeem before they leave PM or many more would even forgotten to redeem. All big corporation is using trick like this to make sure some of the rewards are not redeemed
