Yes, that would be an issue too. Thanks @softech . Yes, the new system seemed less rewards only the transfer credit from old account to new seemed to be not bad but still less than old rewards. Is there still transfer to new rewards program credit for old rewards account that was for before April?

From all the opinions I have read on the new points system it is much more rewarding to stay with the old rewards program. The autopay and loyalty rewards cannot compare to the points given in the new points program. The wife and I are sticking with rewards.

But, hey, rewards are rewards.

Your question in red above...anyone who activated on or after January 25, 2022 was automatically enrolled in the new Public Points rewards system.

Anyone who was a customer before January 25, 2022, can OPT IN to the new Public Points rewards system at any time. But note, once you OPT IN, and accept the terms and conditions, there is no going back to the old rewards program.

There is but you would have to use the rewards before leaving for awhile and coming back. If you transferred programs and got the points for how many months you were a customer on the old program. You would have to use those points, if you just left for over 90 days and came back with a new sim/activation you couldn't get those points added on to your new account
