Obtain a new SIM card at a retailer near you, see locations: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/store-locator

You may wish to list your phone into lost/stolen status in your self serve until you obtain a new SIM to switch it out on your account.

You will need to order a new sim or go into a retail location and purchase one there.

@BKNS27 it is weird how some have issues with delivery time from PM. Mine usually get to me in 3-4 days and I am out on Vancouver Island

Did you lost just the SIM card, @Singhgurveer003 , or also the device in which it may have been inserted in?

One option is to shop phones on this site, by clicking the Shop tab above. https://www.publicmobile.ca/phone-section

These devices come with a new SIM card, which is a small bonus.
