    <description>Hi simon Gary's plan has now expired without notice. How do I reactivare him account. His user name and password aren't working. When I try to get a new password it says that his email isn't recognized. Thanks Delia</description>

      <description>Hi there, I just activated my phone this morning. I went through the "Plan" page at least 5 times before it advanced to the payment screen. I made full payment but it looks like the only thing that was offically created as my "Plan" was 30 Days of just texting for $10. I need to get my phone and data up and running asap.
