      <description>&lt;P&gt;From customers' previous experience, agents are accommodating refunding wrongly purchased add-ons particularly if they are Canadian add-ons. Ask them nicely and especially if you want to replace wrongly purchased add-on with what you actually needed it will be easier for them to swap.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let us know what was the outcome and how they handled your request.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
